About the role

Kega is the official implementation partner of Quinyx, a mobile first Workforce management solution. We are now excited to welcome a new team member to our Workforce management team. You will be managing multiple projects, working closely with our customers, being responsible for managing their workforce management implementation projects from start to finish. This includes managing great customer relations, complex questions and expectation management, gathering and analysing requirements and translating them into the configuration of the Quinyx solution.  

  • Together with our customers, you will manage implementation projects from start to finish.
  • In collaboration with the customer gather functional and business requirements and configure the software solution according to the customer requirements.
  • Responsible for all technical aspects of the implementation including configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Provide our customers advice and support throughout the project ensuring a solution oriented and effective implementation.

What are we looking for

  • Experience in WFM / HR / Payroll software implementation projects.
  • Experience in implementing cloud-based software solutions is a plus.
  • Consulting experience within managing and driving projects.
  • Developing effective working relationships.
  • You are organised, analytical and loves to handle complexities.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of German, Belgian or French labour law / HR practices would be a great advantage.
  • Fluency in French or German is a plus.
