THE ASSIGNMENT
Realise an internal communication platform for all IMG formulas (IN.HOUSE, Droomdomein, Superkeukens, Pronto Wonen, Profijt Meubel and Keuken Depot), thereby ensuring that the communication between the head office and the franchisees runs smoothly and efficiently. The ultimate goal is to empower personnel in the stores. 

THE APPROACH
The first step was to create a portal (intranet) for one of the formulas. The rest of the formulas followed one by one after the successful first launch. All portals have the same structure, with at the core the product range. This was accomplished by establishing a link with the PIM systems of each of the formulas. 

THE SOLUTION
Creating a multi-site portal with a very extensive authorisation structure. Some businesses have several branches or formulas, but are serviced with a single login within a multi-site environment.

THE RESULT
An extensive, bespoke Keephub portal with a wide range of functionalities based on the product catalogue. Information and communication form the basis towards the franchisees. In addition, the portal forms an important link between the head office and suppliers, where agreements are specified.
