THE ASSIGNMENT
The assignment of Kega was to set up an internal communication platform aimed at supporting the customer processes on the shop floor. The platform needs to be available for all franchisees in all countries. 

THE APPROACH
Working closely with the head office, all available product information has been digitised for the employees working in the stores. The information can then be shared using the Keephub portal (intranet).

THE SOLUTION
The product information has been edited so that it contains relevant information for in the stores, also referred to as staff empowerment. It enables – or empowers – the store staff to provide even better service and advice for their customers. Various selections can be made, for example a list of all gluten-free products. But communication materials, such as price tags, can also be generated directly on the shop floor.

THE RESULT
A clear and easy-to-use internal portal with information about the formula and the product range, as well as making the processes more transparent. The store personnel forms an integral part of the omnichannel operation by unlocking all relevant information for the customer in a physical environment.
