About the position

As Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for Kega's key accounts. These are customers with higher turnover, potential or strategic value for the organisation. You will build strong relationships with key customers and be the main point of contact for them. In addition, as Key Account Development Manager, you know how to further expand the relationship with energy, an entrepreneurial eye and empathy. You anticipate the customer's needs and take them in tow based on Kega's strategy & vision.

What are you going to do?

  • You are responsible for drawing up and realising the multi-year account plans for the key accounts in cooperation with the teams.
  • From a helicopter view, you monitor the progress of projects between internal teams and key accounts of all departments and specialists involved within Kega.
  • You take care of shaping and building customer relationships and selling products and services across the different teams/specialisms within Kega (opportunity management).
  • You ensure the establishment of rough indications of offers and planning of projects
  • You focus on the long-term development of key accounts and take the customer on board in this.
  • Keeping track of and analysing the performance of the key accounts by monitoring key KPIs.
  • You act as a strategic sparring partner for the key accounts.

Higher professional education working and thinking level.

 Extensive experience in the same or similar position, preferably at a digital agency.

You are familiar with strong relationship management and have strong communication skills.

 You know how to maintain focus and are focused on the future (long-term).

 You score bonus points with work experience at a digital agency, knowledge of e-commerce or application development.
