About the position
As an IT professional, do you want to play a crucial role in supporting our E-commerce customers? Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and improving support processes? Then the position of E-commerce Support Engineer at our company is for you!
As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-line support to our customers. You are ready to solve technical questions and problems within the established SLAs. You will register and handle issues in our ticket system, while keeping the customer continuously updated on progress. Moreover, you work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and improve the support process.

What are you going to do?
You will act as first-line and second-line support for our customers, not shying away from any challenge.
Testing proposed solutions to best help customers.
Ensuring smooth communication and proper handling of customer queries or problems
Timely identifying and escalating questions and problems that cannot be resolved within the SLA.
Continuously work on improving the support department and optimising the entire work process.
